Baksey means bird. Our garden café in Sen Sok is the branch where you land for a moment: Cambodian coffee, layered sodas and creamy frappes, from one dollar.
Cafe Sur is named after our first shop, and it is the cup most of our guests come back for. Cafe Prey, “forest coffee”, is its darker, stronger sibling. Both are iced, and both are made the way you like them: pick your sweetness from 0 to 100%.
A bird stops on a branch to rest before it flies on. We wanted a café like that branch: green, calm and close to home, a place to land for a moment on the way to work or on the way back.
Baksey Sur Coffee opened its garden in Sen Sok on 30 December 2025. Most of our guests take their cup to go, so every drink is made to travel: sealed, layered and ready before you reach the gate.

Open every day from six in the morning. Hours are Phnom Penh time.
Every drink you buy adds a feather to your nest. Collect nine and your tenth drink, any drink on the menu, is free. The Baksey Coffee app keeps count, shows today's menu and lets you order ahead so your cup is waiting.
The app is on its way to the stores. Until then, ask for your feather card at the counter.
